We are prayerfully seeking volunteers who desire to use their gifts, time, and energy to help create an environment where people of all ages and seasons of life can encounter the presence of God and experience the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
As you serve, it is our prayer that you would also be refreshed, encouraged, strengthened, and drawn into deeper intimacy with the Lord. We believe that volunteers are not only called to minister to others, but are also invited to encounter God personally throughout the weekend.
MINISTRY APPROACH
CYRR desires to be rooted in both the Word of God and the work of the Holy Spirit. We believe that God still speaks, heals, comforts, convicts, and empowers His people through the Holy Spirit today. Throughout the conference, there may be opportunities for prayer ministry and the exercise of spiritual gifts in a biblical, loving, and orderly manner. We welcome volunteers from various church backgrounds and ask all team members to serve with humility, unity, and respect toward CYRR's ministry approach.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
- Conference Dates: Friday, July 31 – Sunday, August 2, 2026
- Volunteers may serve the entire conference weekend or selected days, depending on conference needs and individual availability. (Because consistency and teamwork are important for the conference experience, we strongly encourage volunteers to serve throughout the full conference weekend whenever possible. However, we understand that schedules vary, and limited opportunities may be available for individuals who are only able to serve specific days.)
- Approved volunteers will receive complimentary conference registration. We desire to provide meals for all volunteers throughout the conference. At minimum, Thursday dinner, Friday dinner and Sunday dinner will be provided. Additional meals may be added as resources become available.
- New volunteers may be invited to participate in a brief Zoom interview with the conference directors as part of the application and discernment process. (Please note that volunteer opportunities are limited and placement will be based on conference needs and available openings.)
- Approved volunteers serving in applicable roles will be required to complete a background check, which will be covered by the conference.
- VOLUNTEER LEADERS
Volunteer Leaders are expected to attend the Thursday preparation gathering (3:00–9:00 PM) for final setup, prayer, and team preparation.
- In addition, Volunteer Leader preparation & prayer meetings will take place on Monday evenings
(8:00–9:30 PM via ZOOM).

* July 27 - Everyone joins ZOOM - Volunteers are asked to attend according to their assigned serving day(s) for preparation and prayer.
July 31 (Friday): arrive by 3:00 PM
August 1 (Saturday): arrive by 8:00 AM
August 2 (Sunday): arrive by 3:00 PM
